Tony Galarza and Top Tier Painting really helped us out of a jamb. We had the acoustic texture removed from all the cathedral ceilings in our condo and had a difficult time getting a reputable contractor to paint our 5 rooms and two hallway ceilings. Tony responded with a quick and competitive estimate. His knowledge of our requirements really impressed me. We didn’t realize all the intricacies of this difficult job, but he explained what was needed to do a proper professional paint job. They provided a reasonable schedule which they adhered to responsibly. They always arrived on time and put in a full days work. The crew were very respectful and very hard working. Their thorough preparation keep our condo practically spotless. They used a superior shellac sealer, which was difficult to obtain and more expensive. We all know proper preparation is the secret to a good paint job. I was impressed with the Crew’s hard work ethic and their amazing talent. After applying the two coats of good quality paint, came the difficult job of repairing the edges where the ceiling met the walls. This is where their dedication and experience paid off in the blending of the two surfaces. We literally could not find a single imperfection. Then they cleaned up and took away all the preparation materials, leaving us with an immaculate newly painted ceiling. The previous acoustic texture looked terrible. Now you don’t see anything but a beautiful ceiling. Which I guess is what you want from a professional painting company providing quality materials, labor and experience. I’d like to save you the trouble of getting multiple estimates from less reliable vendors. So I’m strongly recommending that you just contact Tony Galarza of Top Tier Painting. We recently had Top Tier Painting carry out an extensive paint job on our house interior including all walls, patching up holes and also changing the color of an existing kitchen cabinet set up. We were due to paint the exterior of our house so gathered several bids. Top Tier was in the mid-range but we ended up choosing them based on the rave reviews from neighbors as well as our first impression.
